The Role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, as a Customer Service Administrator, you willprovide excellent customer service and become a part of the close-knit team. The role willinvolve a blend of data entry, order processing, and answering customer queries.


  • Handling incoming calls and answering customer queries
  • Data entry and processing orders accurately
  • Liaising with various internal teams
  • General office duties and reception duties


  • Previous customer service experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
  • Experience within the health-care industry would be desirable but not necessary
