Busy boutique Home Care Agency looking for a hard working, outgoing, reliable, detail oriented person who’s not afraid of the phone!

Previous Home Care experience is a plus (but not necessary)!

Bilingual a plus!

Duties Include:
1) Speak with Clients (and Client’s family members) and Home Health Aides on a daily basis regarding schedules, conflicts, customer satisfaction.
2) Speak with Social Workers and State Care Manager’s regarding current Clients and about obtaining new Clients. Then find the right Home Health Aide to match the Client.
3) Enter Home Health Aide and Client information into our Home Care Program (we will train you on how to use the program).
4) Update Home Health Aide files and assist the new Aides when they come in to fill out an application.
5) Bring more clients and Home Health Aides to our Agency! Market! Be proactive!
