We seek to hire a full time Administrative assistant for our new office to Assists management staff by performing administrative duties
· Entering customer information
· Payroll & Managing Emp. Files
· Entering expense reports.
· Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and Word
· Managing a multi-line telephone system
· Supporting management with the day-to-day business needs
· Excellent communication, follow up, interpersonal skills
· Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
· Self-starter with a willingness to learn.
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
· Excellent decision making skills
· Ability to multitask, a must
· SAP Experience a Plus!
