Mid Level Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant needed for established, independently owned Travel Agency.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as an administrative assistant in an established company.
• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
• Ability to prioritized, self-motivate, and multi-task with attention to detail
• Social Media Marketing Experience an advantage
• Experience with SEO a plus
• Strong data entry and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
• Professional phone presentation
• Excellent writing skills a must

U.S. Eligibility Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
•Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
•Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
